Add-a-Bead, Interchangeable and Change-a-Bead Jewelry Supplies:

  • Our Add-a-Bead chain is easy to use, and easy to adjust. It works best with beads that have a hole diameter of 1mm or more.
  • Pearl Enhancers allow you to move a favorite pendant between your favorite strands of pearls (or other bead strands). #41-545-01-00 (Medium) even allows you to trade out different charms and pendants, giving you an easy add-on sale at shows.
  • Changeable Earring Posts and Necklace Bails are great for crystal pendants, and other pendants with front-to-back hole alignment. Use French wire keepers, SmartBeads or regular post earring backs as stoppers (nuts) to secure drops on bail post. French wire keepers, silicone-lined beads (SmartBeads) and earring backs sold separately.
  • Our Calypso chain bracelets and the changeable cuff bracelet are designed for large-hole Euro beads such as Pandora, Troll, Calypso and Storyteller beads, as well as artisan lampwork glass beads.

  • Black Steel Cable Bracelets Tips These work especially well for dangling charms (small oval jump ring #37-123 fits nicely.) Beads can also be strung onto them. To keep large-hole beads securely on the bracelet, we suggest making a "stopper" bead out of wire. Coil wire tightly on the cord to keep your beads firmly in place, or coil loosely if you only need to keep your end bead from sliding off when the bracelet is unclasped. If you're including lots of large beads, be sure to use the larger bracelet, because the diameter of large beads take up extra wrist space.
