Online Support Cases

Online Support, Back Orders, Product Questions, Etc.

Official hours for online customer support are 8am - 4pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday. However, our customer service is currently operating remotely (aka from home) so you may notice occasional email replies to urgent issues over the weekend, too.
For fastest help, please email us (reply to an order confirmation, e-mail newsletter, etc.) or submit a support case
-- we will contact you back in the order we receive your info. Whether you call or email, please provide details about what you need help with, so we can research it before we call/email you back.
Also, keep an eye on your email for important messages about backorders, PayPal, shipping issues, etc

Cases are the best method for complicated or urgent issues! Cases go right to our CSR dashboard so we see them right away!

  1. Log into your account (or create an account).
  2. Click Cases then click Submit New Case
  3. Fill in the fields provided, then click Submit
We will respond as soon as possible during business hours. We valiantly attempt to accomplish every order change you request, but sometimes (especially on a busy Monday, or after a 3-day weekend), your order may ship before we get a chance to adjust it.


Need to send us an image? After you submit a case, you'll receive an auto-response. Reply to it, and attach your image(s) to your reply -- just be sure you don't edit the email subject line! As long as you keep the default subject line, your images will immediately attach to your case.

We have a small, but dedicated customer support crew. For safe social distancing, our customer service is operating remotely most hours, so for fastest help, please email us (reply to an order confirmation, e-mail newsletter, etc.) or submit a support case. (Phone calls may take up to a week before we are able to return your call.)
We understand that this isn't perfect, but please note that cussing out our support crew is NOT the quickest or most efficient way to get help.
