16mm (5/8") round white plated brass blank bolo slide disks for making bolo ties. One-piece (solderless) construction. White plate is the "silver" color most often seen on base metal jewelry and findings. White plating is also known as imitation rhodium or silvertone. This bolo back can be gently adjusted to work with a variety of sizes of bolo cord. Use non-serrated pliers, or coat the tips of your pliers with Tool Magic or masking tape. You may need to slightly squeeze the side pieces to keep heavy bolos in place on cloth (rayon) bolo cord, or open them slightly to slide properly on plastic/vinyl cord. Heavy leather bolo cords (4.5mm+) are generally too thick. Glue or soft-solder your custom design onto this disc.
