Stacking Rings, All Levels Class, January 22nd, 2022, 10:30am-3:30pm

Students will make one ring with a cabochon in this class taught by Nikki Hatt of Manhatt'n Elegance. If time allows you will also make a second ring with a textured silver element. Nikki is an experienced teacher who welcomes students of All Levels to this class where you will learn:
  • Basic soldering of a ring
  • Soldering a bezel to a ring
  • Apply a stone into a bezel

Class is held in our Spokane, WA Showroom at 1011 East 2nd Avenue #6

  • Please note in the "Learn More" tab below there is a list of all tools/supplies provided in the class as well as all tools/supplies you are required to bring to class.
  • Please note that this class has two options for supplies and tools.
  • For safety: No open-toed shoes, sandals or flip-flops; closed-toed sneakers or boots are appropriate. No bare legs in class. You will need to tie-up loose/long hair before class starts. Do not wear highly flammable clothing, we recommend natural fibers (jeans and cotton t-shirt are appropriate). Eye protection is required.

    Learn how to make a simple dainty ring with a beautiful cabochon. If time allows you will make a second ring with a textured silver component.

    We have two options for this class...

    Option 1-

    Kit fee of $30 in cash payable to the instructor the day of class.
    Kit includes:  All materials and shared use of all tools needed for class.

    Option 2-

    Come prepared with all materials and tools listed below that are not mentioned in the kit

    Kit includes: 3mm cabochon, 3mm bezel cup, flux, solder, use of tools including saw, saw blades, ring mandrel, stone set burnishing set, shared use of a bench lathe, rotary tool, as well as the cleaning, pickling and oxidizing stations.
