STRASS and SPECTRA Crystal Prisms
These sparkling rainbow crystal prisms scatter dozens of rainbows around a room when hung in a sunny window! While STRASS is the premium line, and SPECTRA is the mid-price segment, both are excellent chandelier replacements, or sun-catchers to display in your business, automobile, and home. more info
Sadly, both STRASS and SPECTRA crystals and components are out of production. However, we have new rainbow crystals in stock and we are EXCITED about them -- they are 30% PbO (lead oxide) so they make beautiful rainbows, much brighter rainbows than the lead-free versions make!
Use Swarovski STRASS and Spectra prisms as chandelier replacements, or as sun-catchers to display in your business, automobile, and home.
Strass Double-Faceted Crystal Balls (8558), Lily Octagon Prisms (8115), Dreidel Crystal Prisms (8560), Spear Crystal Prisms (8611), and Aspen Teardrop Prisms (8741) by Swarovski: These sparkling rainbow crystal prisms scatter dozens of rainbows around a room when hung in a sunny window! Swarovski Strass crystal offers maximum refraction and beauty, and all clear Swarovski Strass crystals 12mm and above carry a permanent laser-engraved quality signature. Since 2012, all Swarovski Strass components are produced using Advanced Crystal, an innovative lead-free formula (containing .009% lead or less). Each and every crystal in Swarovski's top-quality STRASS Austrian crystal product line is carefully quality-checked to the very highest standard.
Spectra Lead-free crystals create slightly paler rainbows than those produced by Swarovski STRASS crystal, and those produced by traditional leaded-glass prisms. Swarovski SPECTRA crystal prisms offer a basic assortment of timeless crystal, with reliable quality, and the peace of mind of a lead-free formula. Spectra lead-free faceted ball prisms (#8550) have a different cut than the #8558 STRASS counterparts, enabling you to tell the difference between them -- this is especially handy if you sell both styles and get them mixed up.
