Silver Plated, White and Stainless Steel Split Rings
Split Rings: Durable connectors for jewelry making, key rings, window hangings and more. Split rings are much more secure than jump rings, because they can't be easily tugged open. Split ring pliers and split-ring tweezers make them easy to use.
What's the difference between silver plate and white plate? Silver plate is plated with a layer of genuine silver, so it more closely matches the color of sterling silver. White plate is a bit grayer, but is more resistant to tarnish. Stainless steel is solid (not plated) and it's a similar color to white plate. It's highly resistant to tarnish and corrosion (hence the name "stainless"). However, to achieve this corrosion resistance, it has added nickel, making it unsuitable for sale in the EU.
