This design is perfect for Game Day when the Pittsburgh Steelers are playing, and also great for any team or school spirit celebration - just substitute your local team / school colors.
Created by: Polly Nobbs-LaRue
Designer Tips
Glue a 34ss graphite crystal to one earring frame, and a 34ss yellow opal crystal to the other. (See gluing technique sheet linked near tools below.) Allow to dry.
Loop together eight 5mm jump rings, carefully closing them. Attach the top ring to the yellow opal earring. For best way to open and close loops, see Jump Ring Hint in Jewelry Basics 101 (PDF). You could also use rolo or cable chain, because the links alternate 90 degrees like the jump rings.

Tips, Continued
Add one graphite briolette crystal to a 5mm jump ring. Attach this to the front of the top jump ring.
Add one yellow opal crystal briolette to another 5mm jump ring. Skip a jump ring and attach this to the front of the 3rd jump ring.
Repeat pattern: graphite to 5th jump ring, yellow opal to 7th jump ring.
Add a final graphite briolette to a jump ring, and hang this from the bottom. (Now it's 9 jump rings long.)
Repeat for other earring, but start with a yellow opal briolette on the first link.
