White rubber earring backs (aka earring stoppers or French wire keepers). 3x3.5mm. Counted by weight. These essential, inexpensive always-popular jewelry components keep earrings safely in the ear, or secure on display cards. Inexpensive enough to give away with every pair of earrings you sell.
These backs, being rubber, are more pliable than the hard plastic backs I've struggled with previously so they can easily accommodate all the various wire thicknesses of my different earrings...excellent! No more struggling and no more lost earrings!

French Wire Rubber Backs

I have lost too many French earrings as I did not use a back on them. These have kept them in my ears, and are small as I just push them back my ear. They work great.

I prefer this over the clear plastic holders much better; earwires stay on better and less chance of losing earring
