Disappointed

I actually loved the info on here. However, since I placed an order online, I thought that I would order a form since it is being offered and since I have trouble with my sight AND my colored printer does not work. I thought by looking at the example online and seeing how clear it was and that there were over 200 sheets available as listed on the website, that I would just order one of those sheets as listed! That was NOT what I received! What came with my order instead was was a monotone copy of this form of the sheet that I can hardly read at all! I know that it was FREE, but thanks for nothing!

Of course we all know the basics but it never hurts to brush up. These Forms are so well written and easy to understand, I just had to have this for my records. Love it.
