This project uses Swarovski crystals. Created by: Amy Mickelson
Cut 2mm leather cord to desired length. I used a 40" piece.
Attach an oval jump ring to the crystal Buddha pendant, making sure the opening of the jump ring faces the backside of the pendant.
Slide the Buddha pendant, and two other charms onto the cord.
Center the charms on the cord, and slide a barrel bead over each piece of cord. Slide it down to about 3/4" above the charms.
Use flat-nose pliers to flatten and secure the barrel bead.
Thread one of the cords through a barrel bead and through the loop of the S-hook and back through the barrel bead. Flatten the barrel bead with fat-nose pliers to secure the cord. Cut the excess cord leaving a 1/2" tail.
One or more parts (or tools) used in this project are no longer available, so we've moved the whole project into the "Misc Jewelry Tutorials with Issues" area while we decide what we want to do about it: find a good sub, re-make this project, or retire the tutorial.
Thread the other cord through a barrel bead and back through the barrel bead, making a loop of leather cord. Flatten the barrel bead with fat-nose pliers to secure the cord. Cut the excess cord leaving a 1/2" tail.
Squeeze the S-hook slightly to make sure the leather loop stays secure on the hook.
