This project uses Swarovski crystals and a TierraCast® bow bead. Created by: Rita Hutchinson. Design by: CREATE YOUR STYLE.
Using 3/4" of the 20-gauge wire, string the bow bead and create wire-wrapped loops at both ends. String the siam teardrop on the head pin, make a loop, and attach this to the bottom loop of the bow.
On the remaining piece of wire, string one 4mm round siam bead and three fern green bicone pendants. Repeat pattern 3 times. Add a 4mm siam bead, then the bow dangle, and repeat this pattern on the other half of the wreath.
Form beaded wire into a loop, keeping beads in the center of the wire, with equal amounts of bare wire on both ends.
One or more parts (or tools) used in this project are no longer available, so we've moved the whole project into the "Misc Jewelry Tutorials with Issues" area while we decide what we want to do about it: find a good sub, re-make this project, or retire the tutorial.
Twist wire ends around each other ONCE. Bring one wire end straight up about 1/4" and form a medium-size loop at top. (If you make this loop perpendicular, you can string your chain directly through this loop. Otherwise you will need to attach a jump ring to this loop, and string the chain through the jump ring.)
Wrap the wire from the other loop around the 1/4" of straight wire only going as far up as the small loop on top. Cut off any remaining wire. Press wire ends in using flat nose pliers.
String linked chain through the loop at top of wreath, add jump ring to both ends of chain, and attach lobster clasp to one of the jump rings.
