Attach tassel to bottom (already open) loop of 2-loop rivoli setting. See Jump Ring Hint in Jewelry Basics 101 (PDF) for best way to open and close loops, and make wire-wrapped loops (next step).
Cut approx. 1 foot off the spool of wire. At one end, make a wire-wrapped loop through the top loop of the setting.

Add the arrow bead above the loop, then add approximately 15 of the beaded daisy spacer beads and form them into a bail loop over the ball chain. ** Use enough spacer beads so the bail loop is large enough for the ball chain to slide through. ** Test sliding it along the chain before you finalize the next step. Add/subtract spacer beads as necessary.
To close the loop, wrap a few coils of wire just above the top of the arrow bead. Trim excess wire, and tuck final coil in neatly using pliers.
Use the full 30" of the gunmetal-plated ball chain necklace, or cut the chain shorter if desired. We think tassels are best worn long!
