Also known as evening stone, lithia amethyst, and pink spodumene, kunzite offer a touch of pastels to our gemstone beads line. One of few naturally pink gemstones, this transparent stone is a pale-pink to lilac variety of the mineral spodumene. Similar in appearance to rose quartz and pink topaz, kunzite is strongly pleochroic, which means that its crystals display different colors when viewed by light polarized in different directions.
