The 2 holes at the top are bench-top screw holes for mounting into the bench top for a secure and flat sawing surface. Or, in the center (top), you can use a C-Clamp to attach this bench pin to your workbench.

Near the bottom left is an oblong sawing slot, ideal for sawing small parts that would be difficult to hold in the V-Slot. There is a similar round sawing slot at the right side.

At the bottom are square and half-round filing supports, which provide backstop support for filing objects in a variety of shapes - wire, rod or sheet. Each bench pin includes instructions for use and optional modifications.
