Market as Pandora or Large hole bead chokers

by Sara W| 8/2/2013 0:00:00

I found that these started selling again after years of sitting when I changed the orientation to the large hole beads. Now we are back in business. They are easy, strong, effortless to make the quickest beautiful pieces, they just roll right out.

Not As Advertised: RUSTED after 6 months

by S Francis| 12/21/2017 0:00:00

I bought these for the sole reason they were stainless steel, and I told all of my customers they were tarnish resistant. I customer just returned a necklace after 6 months with the choker completely rusted out - horrible condition. These are obviously NOT stainless steel, and now it's hurt my reputation as a jewelry seller. [Rings & Things reply: Hi, we are so sorry to hear that! 304 Stainless Steel is tarnish and rust resistant, so that should be completely safe to tell your customers. Stainless steel can rust in extreme environments, such as when left in close proximity to corrosive salts or other chemicals (such as a chlorinated swimming pool), but in normal wear and storage situations, this should not happen. We have been carrying these for years, with many repeat orders, and this is the first I've heard of this happening, so I believe it is an isolated case. Please contact customer service via our website (or reply to your shipping confirmation) and let us know your current mailing address, and we will ship you a replacement for your customer. One possible additional consideration is that hairspray and some perfumes contain harsh chemicals, and could eat away at most jewelry.]
