Size 8 raw brass ring, 5mm wide band x 0.8mm thick. Can be worn as-is, etched, hammer-textured, hole punched (use Crafted Findings' domed piercing base) and riveted (use Crafted Findings' reverse riveting tool). If you hammer texture them, be aware that hammering rings on a metal mandrel will make the ring a fractional size larger than the original size. (You can use this to your advantage if you want a ring 1/4 or 1/2 size larger than the listed finger size.) Curved items are tough to stamp, but if you have a lot of experience, and anneal the rings first, you may also be successful at metal stamping these flat bands. REACH Compliant (Raw Brass).

Raw brass is not as shiny as most plated finishes. To give a high polish to raw brass items, tumble-polish them with steel shot, water and a burnishing compound in a rock tumbler.
To create an antiqued look on raw brass, apply an oxidizing solution.
