Visit our Spokane, WA, warehouse for hands-on access to our entire line of catalogued items (everything in our print catalog & online store) plus special cash-&-carry gemstones, red-tagged sale items, African art and more! In other words, items on showroom display are only a small percentage of what you can buy and take home with you that day!

Showroom customers include retail bead stores, professional craftspeople, manufacturing jewelers and hard-core beaders. Our goods are typically packaged in bulk. If your goal is to make a single piece of jewelry, then we are not the store for you. If you only want small quantities, please visit a local retail store instead.

How to Shop in the Showroom

Before you arrive:

Because we are a wholesalers, we operate differently than a retail store. Please:

No pets
No small children (unattended children get espresso & free puppies)
Check all bags and purses upon entry
If you don't already have a Rings & Things account, tell us before you start shopping. (This saves you time at checkout).
Be prepared to purchase any items you (or your children) damage.
Order catalog items ahead of time, to pick up during your visit.
Be aware of our minimum order policy

While you're shopping

, you'll notice various types of price tags. Here's how to translate them:

Stock-numbered items are usually items we will continue to carry and are usually also available in our catalog and online store. A few "C&C" items also have stock numbers, so please ask first if you know you will want to re-stock later. Stock-numbered tags can show a (K) price or a net price — read to the right for more on this.

Strands labeled (K) list the retail price. Since we are wholesalers, you will be charged 50% of the price listed on (K) items. For example, if the label says $10.00 (K), the showroom price is $5.00.

Net priced bags show the wholesale price that you will be charged.

Items labeled C&C are "cash and carry," and are typically limited to what's on hand. Availability is unpredictable and includes one-time purchases. These items are only available in the showroom and at our traveling road shows. Purchase all you want of a particular C&C item when you see it! It might not be available later.

Order Catalog Items Before Your Visit:

Save time during checkout by using one of these methods:

Call ahead at (509) 252-2900 and place a catalog order to pick up in the showroom.
Order online and choose "Showroom Will-Call" (in "Other Shipping Options") as your shipping method. Allow at least one full weekday for order processing. You can pay in advance by credit card, or select "Pay in Showroom" as your payment option. Standard ordering minimums apply to all online orders.

Minimum Orders in the Showroom:

If you have a valid reseller's permit number (resale license / tax number) on file at Rings & Things, your showroom purchases will not be subject to our standard minimum purchase requirements.
If you do not have a valid reseller's number on file with us, the minimum purchase is $50. We will process orders between $25 and $50 for a $4 small-order fee.
