Special Order Inquiries
|
Before you inquire about a potential special order, here are a few things you should know:
- Special order minimums are usually 1,000 to 10,000 pieces, $250, or a full box or case. See chart below for common special-order minimums.
- A non-refundable deposit (normally 50%) is required when placing a special order. Kilns require a 100% non-refundable deposit.
- If you are interested in ordering a kiln or kiln-related products, please call us toll-free at 1 (800) 366-2156.
- It typically takes 5 business days to research an item after we receive your inquiry. Most special orders then take a minimum of 4 weeks to arrive at our warehouse after we receive your deposit and a signed agreement.
- We're happy to help you fill out a special order inquiry. Please be prepared to discuss the specifics of the product you're interested in (approximate quantity, size, material, color, time frame, etc).
