Online Store FAQ

To save your shopping cart, you must view your cart before leaving our store. Only what you have viewed will be saved.
To change your login (registration) email:
- Log in with the old email address.
- Click "Modify Personal Information", and type in the new address.
- Click "Continue," log out, and close your browser window.
- Verify the change by logging in with your new email address.
Note that changing your email address in our store can affect PayPal payments.
To update your mailing address, type "New mailing address: (and the address to which you'd like us to send catalogs)" in the comment field during checkout. Or, call us at 1 (800) 366-2156, or use our account update form. By default, we mail catalogs to your billing address.
To use a purchase order via our online store, type the purchase order number in the comment section during checkout.
Multiple log ins: It's not a problem to have more than one login (registration) with our store, but it can be confusing. Please note that:
- Your Rings & Things account is automatically updated to the email address used for your most recent order. Order confirmations, questions and invoices are sent to this email address.
- When you have multiple logins, you'll find some of your ordering history under your original email address, and some under the other email address(es).
- If you registered in Rings & Things' online store with one email address, and you pay via PayPal with a different email address, PayPal sets up an extra account for you in our online store.
To clear a cookie from your browser:
- If you're using Internet Explorer, click "Tools" (in your toolbar), then click "Internet Options" in the drop-down menu. On the "General" tab, there will be a button for "Delete." Click that, then choose/checkmark "Cookies" for deletion. We recommend that you also delete "Temporary Internet Files" and "History," and that you uncheck "Preserve Favorite Website Data."
- If you're using Firefox/Mozilla, click "Tools" (in your toolbar), then click "Clear Recent History" in the drop-down menu. We recommend choosing "Everything" as the "time range to clear," but this isn't required. After choosing time range, click on the arrow next to "Details," make sure everything you want to clear is clicked, and then click "Clear Now."
