How Electronic Gift Certificates Work

You can purchase electronic gift certificates of $25 and up through our online store.
To redeem gift certificates, choose 1 of the following 3 methods:
- Enter the gift certificate code number into the "Certificate/Discount Code" box in the "Payment Details" section of online-store checkout.
- Read the certificate code number to our sales representative over the phone at 1 (800) 366-2156.
- Give the gift certificate code number to our sales staff in person at our Spokane, WA, Showroom. (At this time, gift certificates are not redeemable at our traveling bead shows).
To check your gift certificate balance, Log into your account and type (or copy and paste) your code into the "Gift Certificate Balance" box at the bottom of the "My Account" page.
Notifications:
Gift certificate notifications are sent when your order's payment is finalized (normally weekdays between 8am - 5pm Pacific Time). You can choose to:
- Have our store send the gift code to your recipient
- Fill out the optional "Notify Recipient" form during checkout.
- It will ask for the recipient's name and email address, and has a spot for a message from you.
- You will also receive a copy of the gift code via email.
- Keep your copy secure in case the recipient loses their copy.
- Have the gift code sent only to you (and you notify recipient at a time of your choice)
- Do not fill out the "Notify Recipient" form and only you will receive an email copy of the gift code.
- Email or give a print copy of the gift code to your recipient when the time is right.
- Keep your copy secure in case the recipient loses their copy.
If you have a powerful spam blocker, carefully read the "Notify Recipient" page to make sure you receive the code!
Multiple gift certificates in one order:
You can purchase multiple gift certificates in one order, but you can only notify one recipient per order.
- If you would like our store to notify your recipients, place a separate order for each gift certificate.
- If you will be notifying your gift recipients, you can order mulitple gift credits in one order, and send the codes as desired. When your order's payment is finalized, you will receive one email from our store, with the entire list of gift certificate codes.
