Thank you for explaining lead content in jewelry supplies. Craft stores put lead warning signs up, but you really do not know what you are buying [there] or the health risk level.

[T]he highlight of my summer happens today! The Rings N Things Trunk Show is coming to town!! They come to Rochester twice a year. And I have been waiting since last September for all those beading goodies to be back in town. The room is just loaded from end to end with table upon table of strands of beads. It's where I get all my pearls and lots of really good silver. Here is how it works... you walk up to a strand of beads... you take the price on the tag and cut it in HALF... and then you take an extra 10% off that! I am already counting the minutes until Ron gets home from work. I am making him take a half day so I can go. No children allowed! You know I am going to take a big ol' photo of my loot for you gals! And if they come in your neck of the woods... GO! So that is about it... awesome beads... and a trunk show... that's enough to make a girl not able to sleep on the first day of summer :)

I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with your willingness to go out of your way to help your customers. On two occasions now I have requested something that I've seen at one of your shows but either didn't buy enough or didn't buy altogether. On both of these occasions your staff had actually initiated a search for me, which as I understand involves rifling through many bins. Customer service such as this is pretty much unheard of anymore, and kudos to you for going above and beyond.
I really love working with your "family" at Rings & Things, and I do feel the energy of a family every time I call there. Everybody seems to have a vested interest in making sure that quality items are carried and that we who love this business are provided the best service possible. I can honestly say I have NEVER had a bad experience dealing with you folks. One experience that stands out to this day was one where I received my order and found that although I had ordered a specific number of an item, one of your wonderful folks wrote me a note saying she was sending more of the item, because a larger order would save me several dollars. NOWHERE else would you find this kind of attention and integrity. I've never forgotten that and I keep returning for that reason.
R&T has made my week, I must brag about you guys!! I placed the order on Sunday evening but didn't expect it until Thurs. or Fri. Imagine my delight when I found it waiting for me this evening [Wed night]! And these trapezoid and tongue beads are to die for… I will definitely be getting LOTS more of them soon. I can't wait until September for the R&T trunk show in Cincy! Their pricing is so much better than a lot of online stores and I've never had a problem with them. That show should be fun and helpful.
