Before you start a jewelry components special-order request, here are a few things you should know about special orders made through Rings & Things:
A minimum order for items not in our regular product line can be as little as 10 or 144 pieces, but is typically much larger (1,000 to 10,000 pieces). Crystal and cord minimums are usually 1 full box or case. It typically takes us a few weeks to research a special order item. Most special orders then take a minimum of four additional weeks to arrive once they've been ordered. Obscure items will likely take longer. A 25% deposit is required to order special items. To start the process, please inquire about a special order, and make sure to let us know the approximate quantity you need, plus all details about size, material, color and time frame. | ||
