We may be able to special order certain items for you. For ordering items not in our regular product line, minimums may be as little as 10 or 144 pieces, but are more commonly 1,000 to 10,000 pieces. Crystal and cord minimums are usually 1 full box or case. A 25% deposit is required to order special items.
When inquiring about special orders, please let us know approximately how much you need, plus all details about size, material, color and time frame. It may take us a few weeks to research a special order item. Most special orders then take a minimum of four additional weeks to arrive once they've been ordered. Obscure items will likely take longer.
