Order from Rings & Things over the phone by calling 1 (800) 366-2156, toll free, from the United States and Canada. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and contains 1000s of bytes of information. However, we realize that sometimes it's nicer to talk directly to a human being when you place your order! We're happy to take your order over the phone Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time (see below). We have a full staff of sales associates – in-house, not at some distant call center – and we pride ourselves on our friendly, personal service. By talking with our sales associates, you can:
Get your questions answered thoroughly and efficiently. Hear about new items that haven't been advertised yet. Find out the most accurate total for your order, including shipping costs. Receive personal help in making special orders. Let us know exactly what you want, and our staff may be able to hand- pick limited stock, cash-&-carry, web-only or unique goods for you. Talk with someone about adding to an existing order. Ask jewelry-making advice of staff members, including our Art Clay™ Silver master instructor, Kurt Madison.
