Phone Orders Welcome!

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and contains 1000s of bytes of information. However, we realize that sometimes it's nicer to talk directly to a human being when you place your order!

We're happy to take your order over the phone Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. We have a full staff of sales associates – in-house, not at some distant call center – and we pride ourselves on our friendly, personal service. By talking with our sales associates, you can:

• get your questions answered thoroughly and efficiently
• hear about new items that haven't been advertised yet
• find out the most accurate total for your order, including shipping costs
• receive personal help in making special orders
• let us know exactly what you want, and our staff may be able to hand-pick limited stock, unique and Web-only goods for you
• talk with someone about adding to an existing order
• ask jewelry-making advice of staff members, including our Art Clay™ Silver master instructor, Kurt Madison.
