Tools and supplies: cutters, chain-nose pliers, crimping pliers, resin mixing set (#82-599), Castin'Craft jewelry mold (#82-580), Castin'Craft mold release (#82-541-04), Castin'Craft transparent red dye, (#82-510-05), Castin'Craft resin spray (#82-530-5), E-6000 adhesive (#60-260), evergreen colored mica pigment, hair dryer (for removing bubbles from resin), toaster oven (for Image Transfer Solution)

TIPS:
* Laminate the postage stamp before embedding it in the resin.
* The subtle pink color of the resin pendant is created by adding a tiny amount of red color Castin'Craft transparent dye to the resin when mixing.
* Tiny paper posies are embedded in the resin, behind the postage stamp.
* Apply Castin'Craft resin spray to the finished resin piece to give it a glossy, finish.
* A dab of evergreen colored mica pigment was mixed with the ITS to create tiny brilliant splashes of color on the mantis charm.

TIPS:
* A drawing from a high-spirited creative child creates a wonderful focal point for this whimsical bracelet. Reduce the drawing to fit setting, and laminate it before gluing into the bezel cup.

* If desired, use E-6000 (#60-260) to glue the round filigree to the back of the bezel finding

Tools and Supplies: cutters, chain-nose pliers, #0000 steel wool, E-6000 adhesive (#60-260), antiquing solution such as Win-Ox� (#86-343), Envirotex Spray Sealer (#82-525-12), resin mixing set (#82-599), Castin'Craft jewelry mold (#82-580), Castin'Craft mold release (#82-541-04), Castin'Craft transparent yellow dye,

TIPS:
* Seal the wasps before embedding them in the resin using Envirotex Spray Sealer.

* Apply Castin'Craft resin spray to the finished resin piece to give it a glossy, amber-like finish.

* Cut the donut bail in half and use it as a gluable bail on the back of the resin piece.

* To mimic the chain color, apply patina to darken the finish of the bail and the toggle. Sand them first.

Design Inspiration: After being stung multiple times, the designer sprayed the offending nest of wasps. The "bad bee" carcasses were harvested, sealed and permanently encased in a resin shrine.

Dry Harvest Belt Buckle

Tools and supplies: resin mixing supplies (#82-599), Crafter's Pick� The Ultimate adhesive (#60-280), Mod Podge�

TIPS:
Cut image to fit buckle blank, coat both sides with Mod Podge and let dry. Glue your image to the buckle blank. Once dry, glue the rectangular gemstone donut to the buckle blank and let it dry overnight.

Follow the directions for mixing the EasyCast epoxy and fill the 'donut hole' over the image with resin. Let it dry overnight, attach a belt and you're ready to saddle up!
