Karen created this bridal tiara based on the conviction that "brides need something different from just crystals" to wear on their special days. The variously-shaped opalite (also known as opalized "quartz") playfully rising from this tiara’s frame will provide some lucky lady with just such a difference. Of the final piece, Karen declared that her very sore hands were worth it.
