Our pretty spiral glass beads fit this white-plated hat pin like a glass glove. Organza ribbon and a resin bead work perfectly to cover the end of this pin, which is finished with a head much like the standard head pin. Our 4mm seamless round beads (in both gold and silver), with their 1.5mm+ hole sizes, make very nice accessory beads to the overall design of any hat pin.
The designer used large-hole crimp beads to keep the beads from slipping down the pin. Due to the cast (imprecise) nature of our large-hole crimps, not all crimps in a bag will fit the pin; however, most will.
