TIPS:
* Choose aluminum soda cans from the recycling bin with bright, colorful designs that are pleasing to the eye. You"ll need two cans for this project. Use shears to cut the aluminum cans.
* Using a circle template as a guide, cut 25mm circles to match the size of the brass disks. File edges smooth if needed.
* Glue the aluminum pieces to the smooth side of the brass disks using E-6000 adhesive. After gluing, place a heavy weight on the disks to flatten. Allow the glue to thoroughly dry.
* Use a drill to punch holes in the glued disks and add colorful eyelets with an eyelet setter.
* Create 25mm diameter jump rings using 16-gauge wire and Wrap 'n' Tap pliers. Assemble the necklace. To secure, add a dab of Super New Glue adhesive to each jump ring and cover with E-beads.
