* NOTE: Beginning in 2009, Swarovski is replacing their 5301 faceted bicone crystal style with their new 5328 faceted XILION bicone bead. Either style of bicone works well for this design.
Tools and supplies: scissors, flat-nose pliers, round-nose pliers, chain-nose pliers, side cutters, hammer, adhesive such as Super New Glue (#60-270), liver of sulfur (#86-354), hole punch (#69-233), 1/16" alphabet stamp set (#69-241-00)
TIPS:
* To create the bail, center and wrap a 2” piece of 14-gauge copper wire around a pen and make loops at each end. Flatten and texturize with a hammer and patina using liver of sulfur (#86-354) .
* Use the the 7mm large-hole spacer beads as links to attach the charms and dangles to the bail with jump rings.
* Use adhesive to secure the lace in the coil ends.
* Patina the bottle lid and key charm to give them an antiqued quality.
