Combat Rock

"Combat Rock" Tassel Necklace
Created by: Mary Morton
As seen in our 2005 Fall Supplement

05-301-05-30 5mm SwarovskiŽ Austrian crystal bicone beads, white opal
21-000-167-38 Faceted nugget gemstone beads, opalite
43-090-2 Three-leaf bead caps, yellow
37-722-2 2-inch standard eye pins, yellow
37-113-2 4mm round jump rings, yellow
40-099-01-4 4.2mm curb footage chain, gold plated

What a beautiful way to rock! Use larger gemstones with cable chain to create a chunky yet delicate look. Simply piece together using eye pins and jump rings. To create a tassel like the one pictured, wire an eye pin through a bead cap, create a loop under the cap, and slip on as many chunks of chain as possible. Finish by embellishing with small crystal bicone links.

Opalite is just one of our many beautiful gemstones. Browse through our Gemstone Beads Index for more information about our ever-growing line of gemstones!
