Tools: scissors, cutters, dimensional glaze (such as JudiKins© Diamond Glaze™), glue stick, cotton swabs, round-nose pliers, chain-nose pliers
To make this design:
1. Cut out paper images and glue onto picture frames with a glue stick.
2. To seal, add a small amount of dimensional glaze and spread with a moist cotton swab.
