TIPS:
* Create a focal pendant with the lampwork bead and two filigree bead caps. For techniques on manipulating filigrees see the Vintaj Jewelry Technique Book (#62-350).

* Make a variety of dangles and hang below the pendant with an 8mm jump ring.
