Pedal to the Metal - Belt Buckle

1 pkg #55-000-05 Tim Holtz® idea-ology™ ornate plates, antiqued metals

1 #30-193 Nickel-silver belt-buckle back, silver
1 Copyright-free image, cut to size
1 #82-500-08 8oz EasyCast epoxy kit
Tools and supplies: scissors, resin mixing set (#82-599), Win-Ox™ antiquing solution (#86-343), two-hole metal punch (#69-235), eyelet setting tool, eyelets (from scrap booking aisle at craft store), electric candle or coffee cup warmer
TIPS:
* Heat the belt buckle on a candle warmer and then patina it.
* Punch holes in the ornate plate, set the eyelets and patina.
* Once the patina dries, set plate front side down and drop in the photo. Fill with
resin and place belt buckle in desired spot so that it dries with the resin.
* Once dry, flip the buckle over, lay it level and add the desired amount of resin either
over the entire ornate plate or just in the oval lip.
