"I love the diamond-back pattern created by Jan Wasser for bracelets published in Beadwork Creates Bracelets (ed. Jean Campbell). It is a quick, easy and extremely versatile pattern — changing the size or type of bead you are using completely changes the bracelet! I had made about 50 million of them (okay, slight exaggeration!) and wanted to do something different with the pattern … It took about a month of intermittently playing with it to come up with the resulting pattern [made with Swarovski® crystal bicones and size 11 Toho® seed beads]. It now takes me about two hours to produce one of these bracelets." — Marti Muhe

Additional Top Picks are designs our editor especially liked despite the fact that they did not win a formal prize. These designs are often simple, practical and/or whimsical examples of how to use Rings & Things components well.
