Butterfly Beach - Badge Holder

A free badge holder project featuring two-hole river rock connectors, gunmetal rollo chain and a turquoise color magnesite butterfly from Rings & Things.

1 each #75-000-94-13-03 Bead, Gemstone, Butterfly, 25x35mm (Special Find) (Turquoise Magnesite)
32" #40-099-15-9 Chain, Footage, Rollo, 3.9mm (Black Gunmetal)
12 each #37-189-9 Jump Ring, Round, 13.5mm (Black Gunmetal)
2 each #37-422-9 Head Pin, 2", Standard (Black Gunmetal)
1 each #39-348-9 Clasp, Lobster, 22mm (Black Gunmetal)
1 each #49-941-80-9 Link, Decorative Ring, 32mm (Black Gunmetal)
2 each #26-819-04-9 Bead, Metal, Round, 4mm (Black Gunmetal)
2 each #22-509-TURQ Trade Bead, Wafer/Spacer (Turquoise)

Designer Tips:
  • Cut the rollo chain into the following lengths: one 1.5", one 3.5", one 3", one 2", one 21".
  • Use two sets of pliers to open and connect the jump rings, they are quite stout! The designer likes to hold the jump rings in the 'rounder' portion of a pair of crimping pliers.
