TIPS::
* Cut brass sheet to size and flatten, punch square indents for wire-wrapped adornment, and file smooth. Solder filigree to top of metal blank. Clean and patina. Stephanie Lee's book Semiprecious Salvage: Creating Found-Art Jewelry (#62-149) offers advise for many of these techniques.
* Size the image to match the outer size of the glass bezel. Glue to metal blank with Ecoglue; use a craft brush to seal the image; allow to dry.
* Cut the top loop off the heart charm. Divide the charm into two pieces (front and back come apart); you will need just one piece for this project. Position and glue heart in place on image; do the same with the rhinestone chain. Allow to dry.
* Glue the glass bezel, open-side down, on the metal blank; allow to dry.
* Wire wrap the glass bezel at the top notches. Twist the wire ends together and cut short, bend and hide the cut end in the notch.
* Attach two jump rings to the top of the filigree. String the ribbon through the rings.
* To create an adjustable clasp, thread the ribbon tails through the tube bead in opposite directions. Create two wire-wrapped dangles as pictured and finish by attaching one dangle to each ribbon tail.
