Sweetheart - Resin Bangle

1 #82-585-95 Medium size resin bracelet mold (2 5/8" inner diameter),
1 #82-500-08 8oz kit EasyCast epoxy

Tools and supplies: file, resin mixing set (#82-599), Castin'Craft mold release (#82-541-04), Castin'Craft resin spray (#82-530-5), Envirotex spray sealer (#82-525-12), Wetordry™ Polishing Paper assortment (#69-257-0000), candy such cnady hearts, Skittles, POP ROCKS®, other candy sprinkles

TIPS:
* You can create about four to five bangles from one 8 oz. resin kit.

* Consider coating candy and other items that might bleed color with a spray sealer (#82-525-12) before embedding them in resin.

* Always use the mold release. If you forget to use the mold release and items are stuck in the mold, place the mold in the freezer for a few hours then snap the resin free. Don’t be afraid to be aggressive when removing the bangle from the mold.

* If you are mixing candy sprinkles into your resin, pour them into the mold first, and then pour the resin on top of them. Otherwise, they get weighed-down by the resin and immediately sink to the bottom of the mold.

* Use a file or rough sandpaper to remove any sharp corners, than wet sand with progressively finer grit papers to smooth. For a glossy protective finish, seal with Castin'Craft resin spray (#82-530-5).
