TIPS:
Om necklace
* Use a link of the cable chain as a jump ring to attach the charm to the necklace.
* Evenly space groups of 4mm beads and add a crimp to each side of the groupings. Cover with crimp covers.
* Optional: Use super glue on the crimps to make sure they hold well.
Ocean Twist Necklace
* The center section is basic macramé square knot technique. Strand 1 is one 10" length of fluorite Softflex and one 10" length of green turquoise Softflex; strand 2 is the beading chain; strand 3 is two 6"pieces of bone Softflex; strand 4 is one 10" length of fluorite Softflex and one 10" length of green turquoise Softflex. Add the beads as pictured. The strand will naturally start to twist.
* Max Lunger’s book, Hemp Masters: Ancient Hippie Secrets for Knotting Hip Hemp Jewelry (#62-250) 17220 offers more information on macramé techniques.
* Optional: Use super glue on the crimps to make sure they hold well.
