TIPS:
* Although chunky in style, this set is very lightweight, comfortable and easy to wear.
*The section of chain at the back of this necklace allows it to be adjusted to fit various necklines. If you use a different type of clasp or chain, make sure they fit together.
Design Inspiration: The B-52's "Hot Lava" with the lyric "Krakatoa - East of Java" was stuck in the designer’s head, so she looked up that line. This was a famous (or infamous) movie, redone sometime later with the name "Volcano" due to the fact that Krakatau is actually West (not East) of Java. And is more commonly (except in the US) spelled Krakatau. Rumor has it that we have it backwards because this volcano/island hit our pop culture while Samoa was very popular.
