FAQ -- Special Ordering charms...

Are you searching for a particular charm you could not find in our <a href="https://www.rings-things.com/cgi-bin/hazel/hazel.cgi?action=serve&item=04.htm" target="_blank">shopping cart?[/url] :confused:
Our purchasing agents may be able to Special Order a particular style of charm just for you!:icon_37:

Here is my "form letter" for special orders, just to explain the process a little... :icon_18:

A Special Order is for jewelry findings that we don't stock, but we have a source for it and can order them Especially for you. Sometimes this will take some research. Our purchasing department requires at least 2-5 weeks for research (charms are often less); there is a minimum purchase requirement: 10 each for S/S charms, 2 Gross for brass charms, and 200 each for antique pewter or bronze; and a 25% deposit is usually required.

If you could use these minimum quantities, and you're interested in a special order, Please e-mail our sales department at orders@rings-things.com with detailed information regarding Quantity desired, Size, Color(s), Material(s), estimated/expected Price and anything else important that might help us find exactly what your looking for.

We will also need a physical mailing address (snail-mail), a daytime telephone number and a fax number. Or your customer number if you have one.
