I just purchased 4 packages of those magnetic clasp, 1mm black cable chokers. I have never seen or used them before. They are great, inexpensive and sell well, at least so far. A friend of mine who asked me to look for this very style for her asked if RNT could get them in other colors. She had gone to the quilt show last year and saw them in an array of colors. Does your vendor happen to sell these in colors? I would love to purchase many more!!

Hi cindy,
sorry we overlooked your post for so long. we can get them in other colors. yours may be the first request we've had for colors other than the black and silver ones we now carry.
i was just in china discussing these chokers with the manufacturer. we are considering carrying the black one with one end unglued so even smaller hole beads can be used. you would then use a 2 part epoxy to attach the missing end. it needs to cure, untouched, for whatever time the glue takes to cure. (5 minutes, 24 hours, etc)
we did see some other chinese companies seling competing products for a few cents less. the samples we got from them are not as good as our current stock,. the cord appears to be the same. the clasp does not snap in as smoothly as our current stock. the magnet seems to be slightly larger and not as smoothly plated. we needed to guide or push the clasp together. we like the current quality and will stay with the current manufacturer.
since there are other products now on the market i encourage you to test the clasp quality before buying.
we wil look into adding other colors. are there specific colors you'd like us to get first?
