I am wondering if most bead retailers will sell wholesale if you have a resale cetificate?  Is there a greater discount at Rings and Things if I have one, or do I need to go to wholesale dealers only?  Thanks

Many bead retailers offer quantity discounts for buying in bulk.  But most do not offer different prices depending on whether you have resale ID or not.
Many companies that strictly enforce the requirement that you must have resale ID, also have a $200 minimum order.  (period.  They don't sell to anyone who wants to order less then $200, or to anyone who does not have resale ID)

You may want to visit beadandbutton.com 's forums -- they have had a variety of lively discussions about this general topic, and it's a place where people feel comfortable to freely discuss various vendors and compare policies.
