I really enjoyed reading your note.  It is nice to hear that someone really enjoys creating works of art like I do. ':)'  I work 10 to 6 at a desk looking at a computer all day - it is a joy to go home and create something that others can appreciate.  I am trying to sell my jewelry to friends and co-workers, but I want to start showing some pieces to stores.  May I ask, how did you present your jewelry to the retail stores?  Take care and keep enjoying life! ':)'

Try going to

http://groups.msn.com/BeadsandJewelry/general.msnw

There are alot of beaders at various stages( some hobbyists, some just starting out in business, some in business for quite a while).

I think you will find the group helpful.

Greeting,
First I must say how much I appreicate your board and online shopping. I am a newcomer or i have found my passion. In a week i have produce ten necklace, bracelet, and earring set. I am so excited. I have walk into retail store and ask them to see my work. They agree, so foot work it great you meet new people and the possible of doing business with them. Life is good. I love red and buy red with a passion, so I figure there are many colors peoplpe are looking for so I stay in one color using it hues and values., this is great i now appreicate others passion for color. I make my jewerly gear to larger neck size and i can alway reduce. I need some to carry my item around and that secure. I plan to do craft show and it would be nice if I could combine the two. Showing retail and selling at craft shows. Right now i do a mostly glass, crek glass, bone and natural beads and try to use SS wirer.
I have ran on, I so excited that i found this site and my new venture. thank you and have a good day
