Why not use some of the Czech pressed glass shamrock beads - quick and simple!

How about something simple in emerald glass and sterling silver, such as make a pair of earrings using #44-527 sterling shamrock charm? And perhaps an emerald-glass heart bead for color, on an eye pin in between the ear wire and charm.
Then fill a #94-332 clover charm holder with a colorful assortment of peridot and emerald glass beads. 4 - 9 items would probably be plenty.
Four-leaf clover charms and charm-holder
Peridot leaf beads and charms
Peridot drops
(use a large jump ring to hang these off the charm-holder loop)
Emerald glass hearts
Emerald glass drops
(use a large jump ring for the leaves, or a head pin for the teardrop)
Here is how to make
nice loops using head or eye pins
.
There are many styles of
sterling silver ear wires to choose from
.
Sterling eye pin #37-807
should work well, and also
sterling head pin #37-507
, and
sterling jump ring #37-250
.
Most of the items I listed are sold by the 100, so this would leave you with quite a few spare parts unless you can find the supplies locally from a retail shop.
