After going through all of our magazines, and checking out the types of classifieds, I think e-bay might be your best bet.
Although many of the jewelry supply / craft supply magazines have classifieds sections, I didn't see a great place for a whole 1x line of jewelry.
If you do want to try a magazine, I think that Lapidary Journal would be your best bet.  You can reach them by checking out www.LapidaryJournal.com.

I have enjoyed making unique, one of a kind jewelry in silver, gold plated, gems, stones, and Swarovski crystal, and doing the craft show and corporate lobby circuit. It's been a great bohemian lifestyle, but my real love is graphic design, and I am looking now for a full-time position.

Is there a market for buying a jewelry inventory of approx. 1000 pieces to be resold at a markup by a reseller?

Where would be the best place to advertise?
