Hi Carrie,

I know that a few hospitals also have maternity or 'mothers-to-be' stores... you can simply try contacting the hospital and ask for purchasing, specifically in the gift department (I am sure they have purchasing sections in prescriptions, hospital equipment etc., so be sure to inquire specifically about 'gifts''<img'>

Good luck to you...  '<img'>

Hi guys.
I make polymer clay figurines and other crafts.
I was thinking of selling them in hospital gift shops but I am not sure if hospitals will buy from outside crafters or if they buy from gift corps.
if anyone has sold in gift shops of any kind please let me know what you sold, if you added tax or sold it without tax identi, and how well the items sold.
thanks everyone.

It's a great place to market.  They usually ask for 30 days, but pay right on time.  Call the store and ask who does the buying.  Introduce yourself, your product, and ask if they are interested.  Do not waste their time.  They are very busy, but always interested in new and creative items.  stonzanddbonz
