Hi!
I am thinking about putting acs around the outer edges of seaglass, and firing it. Is it ok to fire it with the seaglass in it? Thanks,
Ben

Most found glass like you refer to is what gets called 'soft' glass. This refers to its make up and melting temp.range.
Soft glass starts to slump or melt at around 1150°F and up.
Art Clay 650 at its lowest fires at 1200°F for 1/2 hr.
With your glass, this means that the glass will melt a bit when you fire it. You may want to do tests to see if this is a tolerable amount of change. To do this firing, you need to use a kiln.
There are other ways to mount the glass into the Art Clay Silver. These are similar to traditional metal working methods but are a bit easier using the Art Clay.  I am thinking of the bezel mounting method where you form a bezel around your glass and place/mount the glass like a stone, after all the firing is done.  For more on bezels, read through this string
