I'm writing here, because I'm not having any luck with the e-mail...  '<img'>
It's my first time ordering from rings&things, and it's been a troubled order from the beginning... anyway...
It's been almost a month since r&t sent me confirmation the order was sent and I didn't receive nothing so far! I'm starting to get a bit worried... Since it's my first time , I don't really know if it's normal to take so long or not (I'm in Portugal)...

thanks for any input...

Our customer service email adress is cs@rings-things.com

You may want to add that to your Address Book to make sure it doesn't get spam filtered, which might be why you haven't received any messages from us. I have also sent the link to this post to our Customer Service manager.

Thanks for your help '<img'>
I've received an answer already. it seems it does indeed take a while to arrive, so I'll wait one more week and see.

Thanks again '<img'>

I just receive a notice from the post office: the package has just arrived and i'll pick it up this afternoon. '<img'>
However, there's something I don't understand: I paid already for the freight, and the post office is asking for another 13,33€ before I can pick it up. I don't know to what this value refers.

Thanks for any help

The  13,33€ is probably the customs fees, duty and VAT that your govenrnment charges on items imported into Portugal. We have no way to know what taxes and fees any particular government or customs office will charge.  Sometimes there is no charge. Some customers tell us it seems quite random.

If you tell us particular wording or Tarrif codes that work well for these products we'll be glad to use them as long as they are descriptive of what we send you.

Thank you so much for your attention '<img'>
At the post office, they told me it was tax fees and rights, but themselves didn't know exactly to what it refered. Only said it had to do with some material inside ( I suppose probably the silver wire, but I'm just guessing here...). Anyway, it seems to be normal (unfortunately '<img'> ) .
The items were all ok, everything arrived safely! '<img'> thanks for the little "gifts" Wink

Thanks so much for your kindness (and patience!) with me... First time seems to always more tricky! Wink
Hope to continue your client! '<img'>

'<img'>   Yes, the first time importing is always trickier.  The first time from each country is tricky.  All too often, the first time from each vendor. So many small things can have an effect on the process when it goes through customs.

Glad everything was fine. Perhaps going over the details on the official paperwork you can get an idea of what particular materials triggered the fees.

Hope to hear from you again. Please contact us with any problems or questions.
