Packing earrings on cards
«

I've been selling at craft fairs, farmer's markets etc for 4 years, and have STILL not hit upon a satisfactory way to pack my stock of earrings so that they are easily accessible, stay in place and I can find that specific pair I KNOW is in there somewhere.
Any suggestions?
I make one-of-a-kind bead jewelry, and sort it into 'black', 'sterling', etc, so that if a customer is looking for a specific color, I can TRY to find it quickly for her....
Thanks for any and all suggestions!

I have been participating in art and craft shows for years and the transport of carded earrings was a problem until I hit apon the following solution...
I ordered four earring display racks for R&T and used the tall boxes they were shipped in...turning them into carry cases for my earrings...just card the earrings, load the display rack and slip it back into the box it came in. I have rigged two boxes together with a strap and I can carry 2 gross of earrings per arm that way. I pull the diplay racks out of the boxes and place them on the table and I am ready to sell...couldn't be easier.
