I believe these are very cool mass-produced bracelets made overseas.

We have not yet found any of the parts or materials available as jewelry or crafts supplies.  That may change though, so don't give up hope!

I'm hoping you can help me find this, if I can describe it well enough. I had a bracelet made of silver and plastic, with dried flowers in the clear plastic. The links were silver "trays" like little cake pans, filled with a clear plastic in which the flowers had been inserted before the plastic cured.

I would like to recreate the bracelet and make one for my daughter, as well, and I want to make them myself. I am a strictly amateur jeweler; I do have some supplies, but no sources for findings, and no trade contacts, so I get no catalogs to use for definitions (meaning no way to search the web).

What are the silver trays called? And what would the clear plastic mixing compound be? Our local craft store is no help, but thanks for any you can provide.
